Job Summary

AI Development & Multimodal Evaluation Onsite (San Jose CA)

Are you a native-level Chinese speaker with a passion for the future of artificial intelligence We are looking for highly detail-oriented Generative AI Analysts to join our team onsite in San this role you will be at the forefront of AI development helping to refine and evaluate the datasets that power the next generation of generative models.

What Youll Do

Annotation & Labeling: Perform tasks for Chinese datasets across text image video audio and multimodal content.
AI Evaluation: Review and rank AI-generated prompts and responses to ensure they are accurate and high-quality.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous checks to identify edge cases inconsistencies and issues in model outputs.
Workflow Support: Assist in categorizing data tagging content and refining evaluation frameworks to improve machine learning systems.
Collaboration: Provide feedback on internal tools and work with cross-functional teams to improve annotation methodologies.

Role Details

Location: 100% Onsite (San Jose CA).
Commitment: Full-time.
Focus: Multilingual and Multimodal Generative AI.
Pay rate: $38 USD/hour

What Youll Need

Language Expertise: Native-level proficiency in Chinese and strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Analytical Mindset: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow complex technical guidelines.
Background: A Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: Previous work in data annotation content review or QA is preferred.
Specialized Knowledge: A background in Finance STEM Legal Medical or Coding is highly valued.

Ways to Stand Out

AI Familiarity: Experience with LLMs RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) or multimodal AI workflows.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Python or scripting is a plus.
Data Expertise: Experience with taxonomy creation evaluation rubrics or dataset quality initiatives.
Multilingualism: Proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Korean Japanese Spanish or French) is an advantage.
