Job Site: Head Start (Darrough Chapel ELC)
Hours/Days: 37.5 hours per week186 days (9.5 months)
Hourly Rate: $23.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
Maintain assigned caseload of Head Start families in early childhood setting. Review Head Start Family Needs Assessment with assigned families and initiate developing a Family Partnership Agreement. Complete social service home and follow-up any social service needs of assigned Head Start families. Participate in enrollment process and attend trainings as needed. Must be willing to learn and abide by the mandatory Performance Standards and Head Start Act 2007. Each Family Advocate helps support a part of our overall program structure related to Governance Community Partners Family Committees Family Engagement activities and/or Family of Distinction Recognition. Some nighttime programming required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in social work or related field required.
- Social service expereince with family and children preferred.
- Computer and technology background preferred.
- Must possess a valid Indiana drivers license.
