The Role

Were looking for an energetic charismatic and experienced Venue Manager to lead Folio at Roslyn Packer Theatre.

Someone who thrives in a fastpaced highvolume bar environment and knows how to build a team culture thats vibrant inclusive and genuinely supportive. Youll champion diversity celebrate individuality and create an atmosphere where both guests and staff feel part of a community.

This role is all about elevating the theatrebar experience. Youll lead a dynamic team through busy preshow rushes interval surges and postshow crowds ensuring our cocktaildriven offering is delivered with speed consistency and style. Youll set the tone for exceptional service maintain high operational standards and make Folio a place people love to work and love to visit.

Youll be responsible for developing your team through strong product knowledge cocktail training service coaching and a focus on building confidence and capability. Establishing an effective operational rhythm across the venue - from bar prep to peaktime execution - will be key to your success.

• Experienced in leading large teams in a highvolume fastpaced environment 4 years in hospitality management is essential
