State Licensing Associate Manager- Richmond, VA

Candidates must reside in the same country where the role is located.

Position located in Richmond VA. Hybrid work schedule will require several days in office each week.

Job Profile Summary

Manages the day-to-day work of the State Licensing team. Works with client expectations and ensures the delivery of business services and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customers requirement and ensure that the outcomes are delivered on time follows high quality standards and meets customers expectations.
• Researches analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature.
• Takes responsibility for the quality of service delivered to clients to ensure clients obtain maximum value from services.
• Ensures excellent customer service from team members on State Licensing team.
• Ensures the teams adherence to state filing deadlines.
• Handles billing and related inquiries.
• Manages members of State Licensing team.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Required.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience managing people/teams required.
• Ensures policies practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports customers and stakeholders.
