Job Summary
Overview
We are currently seeking a Full Time Floorcare Technician to join our team! Maintain all flooring & carpet in the Community. Flexible hours and days are available; just ask and we are happy to discuss with you! Join a team who has fun together and enjoys interacting with our caring residents.
Typical schedule: 7a-3pm or 8a-4pm

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keeping the equipment clean and in good working condition.
- Report any equipment malfunction problems immediately.
- Follow daily/weekly/monthly/yearly schedule.
- Use the equipment in the proper manor in-which it was designed to be used. Extract carpets strip & wax floors as needed.
- Trash collecting and disposal
- Respond to emergency clean up
- All mechanical problems must be reported to the Director.
- Responsive to resident requests and report them to the Director.
- Follow the directions and instructions of the Director of Housekeeping.
- Use large area vacuum up-right vacuum backpack vacuum buffer (scrubber) Ultra Speed Burnishers Mini spot cleaner Wet/Dry tank vacuum carpet extractor mops brooms dry mops and assorted tools.
- Use allchemicals in the correct and safe manner in which they were designed to be used.
- Maintain all floors & carpets free from stains & scratches.
- Report any equipment malfunction issues immediately.
- Extract carpets strip & wax floors as needed.
- Keep equipment clean and in good working condition.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- We will train
- Works well independently.
- Must have excellent organizational skills & flexibility is a must.
- Attention to detail must be willing to perform routine and repetitive tasks on a continuing basis.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs push pull stand with frequency.
