Pay Rate: $28$34/hour

We are seeking experienced Commercial Maintenance Technicians to support a portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Washington DC area. This is a mobile position offering a company vehicle tools and the opportunity to work independently across multiple facilities.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong general maintenance experience across plumbing electrical carpentry HVAC painting and building systems. Candidates should be customer-focused reliable and comfortable managing service requests and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced commercial environment.

What Youll Do

• Perform preventive corrective and emergency maintenance across commercial properties
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry painting and general building systems
• Complete repairs on walls flooring doors fixtures and lighting systems
• Perform minor electrical work including switches outlets fixtures bulbs and ballasts
• Handle plumbing repairs including toilets sinks urinals valves and automatic flush systems
• Maintain buildings in clean professional and like-new condition
• Use tablets and mobile technology to complete work orders inspections and service reports
• Communicate directly with customers and provide high-quality service
• Travel locally between assigned properties using company vehicle
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance standards

Qualifications

• 25 years of commercial maintenance or building trades experience
• Strong skills in plumbing electrical carpentry painting and general maintenance
• HVAC experience preferred
• Experience working in commercial facilities environments strongly preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Comfortable using tablets smartphones CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid drivers license with good driving record required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
