Qualifications:
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Flexibility in a high-performance work organization:
Flexibility is key in a high-performance work order to maximize team development team performance and to meet the needs of the business as well as those of individuals team members must be flexible to flow to the work where their skills are needed. Team members may be asked to move to another shift for a temporary period of time in order to enhance skills and experience within the team.
This role requires operating machines and production equipment safely rotating between various equipment on different lines and assisting in shipping and receiving operations. A critical aspect of this position includes driving a forklift and maintaining palletizing equipment.
Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
Ensure that all equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards to deliver high-quality products
Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
Participate in HPS activities.

Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on palletizing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with palletizing machinery to minimize downtime
Assist in shipping and receiving operations including loading and unloading materials and verifying inventory.
Acquire multiple task skills to effectively backfill any outages in specific areas of production
Must be willing to work overtime and holidays when necessary.
Must be accessible by telephone and have access to transportation.
Must maintain ability to perform all requirements list under the current job description.
Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned by management.
Must be at the workstation at the beginning of the shift.
Must continuously follow all safety policies and procedures on the job.
Must be safety and quality conscious.
Attendance is an essential function of the job.
Ability to wear PPE as required.
