Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing caregiving team in Johnston Iowa. The CNA will provide quality in-home care and assist clients with daily living activities while promoting comfort safety and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing grooming dressing and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Remind clients to take medications as directed
- Maintain accurate daily care documentation
- Follow all care plans and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Active Iowa CNA certification required
- CPR certification preferred
- Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred
- Compassionate dependable and patient-focused attitude
