Merchandising Coordinator, Global Women's Bottoms

The Merchandising Coordinator Levis Global Womens Bottoms is responsible for supporting the global merchandising team with a primary focus on data entry sample management and the day-to-day activities involved in the global product development cycle. You will report to and partner with the Senior Merchant T2 Global Womens Bottoms as well as support the Global Merchant for Collections.

About the Job

• Ensure data-entry integrity and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems.

• Responsible for sample organization and management for assigned global product categories.

• Responsible for merchandising tool creation and ongoing management (Excel PowerPoint and Adobe).

• Contribute to some aspects of Product Development activities.

• Assist in preparation of meeting materials and support.

• Conduct administrative work for the merchandising team as needed.

About You

• Bachelors degree in related discipline preferred

• Retail or relevant merchandising experience preferred

• Prior knowledge of PLM a plus

• Strong knowledge and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe applications (Adobe Editor Illustrator Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Detail oriented

• Effective communication interpersonal and organizational skills across teams and levels

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

• Passion for product and the consumer

• Basic understanding of retail math

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is$53500 - $70000per year.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
