About the role:

A great opportunity to join our UK Security teams completing a range of admin tasks.

There will be on-the-job training mentoring and guidance as part of a business team in a technology environment.

Skills and Experience

Essential

• Ability to obtain a SC Clearance
• Good general office skills including MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• Good time keeping skills.
• A willingness to learn.

Desirable

• Business studies qualifications.

• An interest in corporate security.

Responsibilities

• Support the Security Coordination team in processing of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment checks.
• Support the Security Coordination team in processing United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) security clearances.
• Support Security Coordination Manager in the compliance preparation and creation of Security Metrics.
• Support on site access request administration.
• Support business continuity and incident management processes incidents and investigations.
• Administration of electronic database for employee clearances.
• Administration of site visitor security pass issue and receipt.
• Confirmation of employee security clearance details to external parties.
• Maintenance of records.
• General office administration support.
