Position Criteria:
- High school education or equivalent required
- Teaching certificate and two or four year degree in education preferred
- Minimum of four years experience in a childcare setting required
- Scheduling staffing and supervisory experience in a childcare setting highly preferred
Performance Criteria:
- Enrollment and Payments including Adds / Drops billing making sure all participants have the correct contracts set in our program sending out monthly payment reminders etc.
- Staffing (Subs) finding subs the call guy if staff miss work communicate changes to all affected parties assist with interviews / hiring training or advice (mostly supervisors) and discipline.
- Customer Service Answering parents questions complaints problems etcthrough email phone or in person. Coach / Assist supervisors and my boss with their customer service responses too.
- Ordering Order snack including developing the snack calendar for all 8 sites (Bi-weekly) and other supplies for all sites a few times a year (Quarterly)
- Set-up Field Trips and bussing for all the sites. Assist with communication of trips the day of.
- Frontline visit sites during programming to observe staff and interact with children and visit with the supervisors. Will at times need to be included as part of staff count at a particular site
- Ongoing projects including program improvements and internal physical and paperwork audit work.
