The Pearl House Lancaster is a supportive housing community that partners with The Recovery Center to serve individuals and families in recovery. Residents experience traditional apartment living enhanced with whole-family wellbeing support as they work toward self-sufficiency and sobriety.

WHO YOU ARE
You are an experiencedCommunity Managerwith at least one (1) year of property management anda passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents you take pride in creating a welcoming well-managed community where residents feel valued and supported.
You enjoy building relationships staying organized and being a part of a team that works collaboratively to create a positive living experience while maintaining the overall success and reputation of the community.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Oversee daily community operations in a timely and professional manner
- Manage resident relations including leasing renewals and addressing concerns
- Maintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal
- Deliver the highest level of service to residents prospects and guests
- Help optimize the communitys performance by supporting occupancy retention and financial goals
WHAT YOU NEED
- At least one (1) year of property management experience
- Experience with affordable housing preferred
- Strong organizational communication and customer service skills
- Ability to successfully multitask solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of leasing resident relations and community operations
- Proficiency with computers mobile devices and property management software (such as Yardi or RealPage)
- Sales and marketing skills a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and motor vehicle insurance
