Your New Role and Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced all-round Tester to join a dynamic fast-paced team supporting our Federal Government Programto deliver a new data centre capability.
Responsibilities include:
- Synthesise customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical schedule and cost constraints
- Review and evaluate requirements for testability
- Develop test plans test cases and test procedures; and effectively conduct developmental integration and/or acceptance testing within the bounds of technical schedule and cost constraints
- Perform analysis of test results manage defects and prepare comprehensive software component subsystem and/or system-level test reports
- Collaborate across engineering project and customer stakeholders to resolve technical and delivery issues.
Qualifications & Experience
You will be curious a consummate professional for off-the-shelf products and subsystems created to support the end product and ensure the systems work seamlessly with each other.
You will also have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering IT Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience at Integration & Test of software components subsystems and systems.
- Experience in test requirements elicitation management decomposition traceability and documentation utilising test management processes and tools
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering Practices
- Exposure to performance and resilience testing is desirable
- Exposure to Test Automation tools and CI/CD practices is desirable
- Experience working within Defence environment is desirable.
- NV-2 AGVSA Security Clearance Required
