JOB SUMMARY
As a Learning & Development Delivery Intern you will support the coordination and execution of learning programs across Asia Pacific. You will assist with virtual program production administrative coordination and learner experience support to ensure smooth and engaging delivery of training initiatives.
Working closely with facilitators internal stakeholders and the Learning Delivery team you will gain hands-on experience with the virtual delivery of programs contributing to regional learning initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Hospitality Business Administration or a related field
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and hospitality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams)
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Program Administration & Coordination: support administration and coordination of training programs across APEC including enrollment process communication logistics and documentation.
- Virtual Program Production: support end-to-end virtual session setup and delivery (Teams breakout rooms polls chat) partnering with facilitators to ensure smooth participant experience. Conduct pre-session checks monitor attendance engagement and troubleshoot issues.
- Learning Systems & Platforms: maintain and update training records in learning systems (DLZ) ensuring data accuracy. Support creation of programs in Learning Platform (NovoEd).
- Initiative Support:Contribute to various global regional and area learning and talent development initiatives
