Description:

• The Probe Automation Internship Program is developed to provide students with hands-on training and practical experience in handling Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) operations within wafer fabrication environments.

Project Scope:

Deliverable:

• Develop and document Best Known Methods (BKM) for troubleshooting AGV smart rack and RFID load port issues.

• Propose and implement Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to enhance system performance and reliability.
