Talent Acquisition Partner (fmx) – 12 Month FTC

Talent Acquisition is central to enabling LGC to deliver on its mission of Science for a Safer World. Youll be supporting a range of functions within Axolabs at our brand new manufacturing facility in Berlin focusing on sourcing the best talent possible and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

This is a hybrid role supporting our Berlin manufacturing site offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What Youll Do:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across scientific and manufacturing niches.
• Build high quality talent pipelines through various methods; direct sourcing events and through advertising channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them.
• Champion DEIB initiatives around Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications :

What You Bring: 

• Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition ideally within the Life Science or manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrable experience sourcing (boolean/x-ray search) and attracting talent in niche areas.
• Sequential and data-driven mindset.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve complex and time-sensitive hiring challenges.
• Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems. (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
• Fluent in German and English
