Talent Acquisition Team Leader (SSC)
Job Summary
Join our growing HR Shared Services Center in Katowice and play a key role in building and leading HR operations across European markets.
As an HR Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team delivering HR processes within the SSC and ensuring high-quality efficient and standardized service delivery. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and contribute to shaping scalable HR solutions in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering HR processes within the SSC structure
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of HR services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Support and coordinate the transition of HR processes from European markets into the SSC
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and build strong working relationships across countries
- Drive process standardization optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor team performance using HR metrics and data and take actions to improve efficiency and quality
- Support onboarding training and development of team members
- Identify risks and proactively address operational challenges
- Collaborate closely with other HR functions (e.g. Talent Acquisition HR Operations)
- Contribute to building a scalable and future-ready HR Shared Services model
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Proven experience in TA HR operations HR Shared Services or similar environment
- Previous experience in team leadership or coordination role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. ATS Workday) and data-driven approach
- Fluent English
