We have got an exciting opportunity for a Registrar Director Student Services role to be part of our team at ECA PHE in either our Melbourne Sydney or Brisbane office.
APIC HELI and CHS provide a number of awards from diploma to Master degrees in areas such as business project management IT research and health management.

Please note this role can be based in Sydney (Parramatta) Melbourne or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end student administration (applications enrolment progression graduation)
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of student data reporting and systems (SMS/PRISMS)
- Oversee student experience including orientation communications and events
- Manage course progression interventions and appeals processes
- Oversee certification records and regulatory reporting
- Lead student services operations staff and continuous improvement
As the successful candidate you will ideally have:
- Relevant degree experience in tertiary student administration/services
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (ESOS TEQSA PRISMS)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisation problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Experience in a diverse education environment
