Manager Consulting SAP

Position Description:

CGI is looking for an experienced SAP Manager to lead and support SAP engagements across the full lifecycle including pre-sales solutioning and delivery.

In this role you will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape solutions drive successful project execution and deliver business value. You will play a key role in ensuring alignment between client expectations solution design and delivery outcomes while contributing to the growth of CGIs SAP practice.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Engagement & Pre-Sales Support
. Contribute to SAP bids and proposals including solutioning estimation and pricing inputs
. Support development of value-driven proposals and client presentations
. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to define solution approaches and win strategies

Solutioning & Advisory
. Design and recommend SAP solutions across SAP ECC S/4HANA and related technologies
. Provide functional and technical guidance aligned with client business requirements
. Ensure solutions are scalable feasible and aligned with delivery best practices

Delivery Management
. Lead and manage SAP project delivery with responsibility for scope timeline budget and quality
. Oversee project governance risk management and stakeholder communication
. Ensure adherence to CGI delivery frameworks and quality standards
. Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence

Client & Stakeholder Management
. Build strong relationships with clients partners and internal stakeholders
. Act as a trusted advisor on SAP transformation initiatives
. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement success

Practice Development
. Contribute to the development of SAP capabilities assets and best practices
. Mentor team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
. Stay current with SAP innovations market trends and industry developments

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelors or Masters degree in information technology Computer Science Business or related field
. 10 years of SAP experience including exposure to solutioning and delivery
. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC SAP BTP and related SAP solutions
. Experience in SAP project management and/or program delivery
. Exposure to pre-sales proposal development or client-facing consulting
. Strong understanding of project governance commercial models and delivery methodologies
. Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
. Industry experience (e.g. manufacturing utilities public sector) is an advantage
. SAP certifications (e.g. S/4HANA BTP or relevant functional/technical modules) will be a strong advantage
. Must be amenable to working onsite 1-3 days or 5 days (if needed) a week in McKinley Taguig on a mid-shift schedule
