Sales Analytics Graduate

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Analytics Graduate!

The sales analytics graduate position is part of the Sales Operations Team which provides support the external sales this role you will play a key role supporting our analytics team with data preparation and working closely with external sales teams to shape reporting and insight.

This is a handson role for a graduate who enjoys analysing data collaborating with colleagues and helping turn numbers into insight.

In this role you will:

• Support the preparation validation and structuring of sales data from multiple sources
• Assist the analytics team in producing standard and adhoc reports dashboards and performance insights
• Work closely with external sales teams to understand reporting requirements and translate ideas into analytical outputs
• Support analysis of sales performance trends and opportunities across products regions and channels
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales reporting processes tools and data quality
• Support the analytics team in their mission to implement automation AI and Machine Learning
• Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives

Qualifications :

Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.

What you need:

• A recent graduate in a numerate or analytical discipline (e.g. Business Economics Data Engineering Finance STEM)
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Confidence working with data and spreadsheets; experience with CRM or BI tools is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and frontline sales colleagues
• Proactive organised and keen to learn in a commercial and operational environment

Working Hours: 39 hours per week standard working pattern of 08:00 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak.
