We are recruiting a Branch Manager for a residential estate agency branch in Southsea.

This role is suited to an experienced estate agency professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in valuations and instruction-winning.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Branch Manager:

• Managing the day-to-day performance and operations of the branch
• Leading mentoring and developing the sales team
• Carrying out valuations and securing new instructions
• Driving branch revenue market share and profitability
• Monitoring performance targets and pipeline activity
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within estate agency
• Strong background in residential sales and valuations
• Demonstrable success in leading and developing a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Commercially aware with strong business acumen
• Professional organised and results focused approach
• Knowledge of the Hampshire property market advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential
