Join us in a leadership role as an Assistant Team Manager contributing to our mission of supporting families and preventing breakdowns. As an Assistant Team Manageryou willbe instrumental in shaping a positive impact on families. Working closely with the Team Manageryoulllead the dedicated team to enhance the delivery of the five Every Child Mattersoutcome. Your dedication will drive positive change and shape a brighter future for those in need.

To qualify for this position you need a social work qualification registration with Social Work England and experience in a leadership or supervisory role with a level 4 management qualification being preferable. You will have at least 3years experienceof working in children andfamiliessocial care.

This position comes with a 15% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
