Compensation: Base salary starting at $65000

The Role

As a Marketing Project Manager you will:

• Own intake prioritization and execution of marketing projects from start to finish.
• Build and manage project plans timelines dependencies and deliverables across teams.
• Lead project kickoffs and ensure clear alignment on scope expectations and success criteria.
• Coordinate across creative growth leadership and external partners to keep work moving.
• Track progress in a project management system and hold owners accountable for execution.
• Proactively identify risks remove roadblocks and ensure on-time high-quality delivery.

Who You Are

• A highly organized project or operations professional with 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects or workflows.
• Experience with project management systems or workflow tools is strongly preferred.
• Strong communicator who can drive clarity alignment and accountability across multiple stakeholders.
• Naturally structured and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum or quality.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced evolving environments where priorities shift and problem-solving is constant.
• Pre-employment screening includes but isnt limited to a felony/misdemeanor background check
