Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience within a Production or Industrial Manufacturing environment
Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Production Manufacturing Operations Management Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience within Adhesives Chemicals Plastics Coatings or related manufacturing environments advantageous
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles
Sound understanding of Health & Safety Legislation Quality Standards and Operational Compliance within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to drive Productivity Process Improvement Operational Efficiencies and Cost Control Initiatives
Computer literate with good working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Valid Drivers License and own Transport required

Salary Structure:

Negotiable Monthly Salary Package based on experience and qualification
