We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QC Manager to lead our quality control function within a fast-paced automotive or mining equipment environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QC Manager to lead our quality control function within a fast-paced automotive or mining equipment environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant automotive/mining regulations
Oversee inspections testing and quality audits of materials and finished products
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Manage and mentor QC teams and inspectors
Collaborate with production engineering and supply chain teams to improve product quality
Monitor supplier quality and manage supplier audits
Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma etc.)

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field
Minimum 510 years experience in quality control within automotive or mining equipment sectors
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
Experience with quality tools (FMEA SPC PPAP 8D etc.)
Proven leadership and team management experience
