Duties & Responsibilities

- Minimum of 13 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in a fine-dining environment.
- Preferably experienced in working with the Pilot POS system.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to manage front-of-house operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented professional and service-driven.
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead motivate and manage the service team.
- Maintain high service standards aligned with fine-dining expectations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Staff Supervision: Overseeing staff activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
