• Policy Architecture: Consult on a diverse range of productsincluding Motor Liability and Property insuranceoptimizing coverage for specific risk profiles.
• Claims Navigation: Act as the primary liaison during moments of truth guiding policyholders through the claims lifecycle with technical accuracy and emotional intelligence.
