THE MISSION: DIGITAL CONCIERGE & TECHNICAL EXPERT

As a Brand Ambassador you represent the peak of automotive innovation. Your goal is to provide seamless premium solutions that match the high quality of the cars themselves.

• Bespoke Client Relations: Serve as the dedicated contact for Danish clients regarding vehicle features high-tech systems and personalized service requests.
• Technical Advisory: Guide owners through digital features including infotainment systems EV charging and remote software updates.
• Mobility Solutions: Coordinate roadside assistance and high-priority services with total precision to keep the clients journey moving.
• Refined Communication: Manage interactions via phone email and chat using a sophisticated and professional Danish style.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records to help build and sustain lifelong relationships between the brand and its customers.

THE IDEAL PROFILE: POISE & PROFESSIONALISM

• Linguistic Authority: Native or near-native Danish (C1/C2) is mandatory. Professional English (B2) is required for internal corporate communication.
