THE MANDATE: DELIVERING OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

As a Support Strategist you are the heart of the customer journey. You will provide fast accurate and high-quality solutions in a fast-paced digital environment.

  • Omni-channel Management: Handle high-volume interactions via phone email and chat with total fluency in Croatian and English.
  • Smart Problem Solving: Provide quick and decisive solutions for complex booking logistics payments and technical platform help.
  • Expert Advisory: Maintain a deep understanding of global travel rules and protocols to give customers pinpoint-accurate advice.
  • Data Integrity: Keep detailed and accurate records in our CRM to ensure a seamless service experience across our global team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Meet high performance standards (SLAs) and work with international teams to improve the overall customer journey.

THE IDEAL PROFILE: AUTONOMY & EXPERTISE

We are looking for independent thinkers who can stay highly productive in a sophisticated remote work environment.

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native Croatian (C2) is required along with strong English (B2/C1) for technical and corporate communication.
  • Logistical Setup: You must have the legal right to work in Greece and a quiet professional home office with high-speed internet.
  • Executive Soft Skills: Strong active listening emotional intelligence and a structured way of managing a busy workload.
  • Self-Discipline: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively without direct in-person supervision.
