We are partnered with a highly respected midsized CPA firm in the Phoenix metro area with offices in Chandler and Scottsdale. The firm is seeking a fulltime Tax Manager who enjoys building client relationships mentoring teams and growing within a collaborative peoplefirst environment.

The Role

As a Tax Manager you will take ownership of tax engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This role combines technical tax leadership with people management and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex individual partnership Scorporation and other income tax returns
• Supervise train and mentor tax staff on both technical and professional development
• Perform tax research and prepare memoranda and recommendations
• Develop a strong understanding of clients businesses and identify planning opportunities
• Serve as the primary client contact gathering information resolving issues and recommending solutions
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously
• Participate in networking and business development efforts
• Support firm growth through referrals and client expansion
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area

What Our Client Is Looking For

• 58 years of public accounting tax experience
• Active CPA license required
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prior management experience within a public accounting firm
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional dependable and clientfocused mindset
• Commitment to delivering highquality client service
