Parts Delivery Driver

Monarch Ford is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to join our parts department team. This position is responsible for transporting automotive parts tools and equipment from warehouses dealerships or retailers to repair shops safely and promptly. They act as a key customer service representative ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Delivery & Logistics: Safely load unload and deliver parts to customers on a set schedule.

Order Accuracy: Verify parts against invoices to ensure the correct items are delivered and/or picked up.

Customer Service: Provide professional interaction with shop partners and handling customer returns.

Documentation: Collect payments obtain signatures and handle paperwork.

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily safety checks (fluid levels tires etc.) keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs.

Dealership Assistance: Pull pack and label parts in the dealership during down time. Light cleaning of the parts department/service department as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

License: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record are required.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing:Ability to pass a drug test and physical.

Physical Ability: Capability to lift bend and move parts often up to 50-150 lbs frequently with or without the help of a hand truck.

Knowledge: Familiarity with auto parts and local roads is highly preferred.

Skills: Strong attention to detail communication and proficiency with navigation/mobile tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Often requires a flexibly schedule including early mornings. Monday-Friday typically 4-6 hours daily beginning at 8am.

Compesation: $16.90/hour
