Who Are We

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) is a sovereign tribe located in the metropolitan Phoenix area. Bounded by the cities of Scottsdale Tempe Mesa and Fountain Hills the Community serves over 9000 tribal members and all people conduct business over approximately 96 square miles of residential agricultural and commercial lands as a full-service government entity.

Health & Human Services Journey to Recover (JTR) program serves tribal clients with Withdrawal Management Residential Treatment Partial Hospitalization Program and Sober Living House.

What Are We Seeking
We are seeking a clinical executive leader to oversee a full continuum of behavioral health services including Detox Crisis Stabilization Residential Treatment PHP/IOP MAT Outpatient and Sober Living.

What Youll Do
  • Lead operations across all levels of care.
  • Drive clinical quality outcomes and patient experience.
  • Manage financial performance and revenue cycle alignment.
  • Develop teams and strengthen culture.
  • Lead innovation and growth.

Qualifications:
  • 10 years of behavioral health or healthcare leadership.
  • Masters degree required.
  • Licensure preferred.
  • Experience with Tribal or Indigenous communities strongly valued.
