What youll be doing
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline in Switzerland
- Prospect via calls LinkedIn and email outreach
- Run consultative sales conversations
- Own the full cycle: from first contact to closing
- Develop and grow long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize results
What were looking for
- 25 years of B2B sales experience (strong juniors also considered)
- Proven track record of hitting targets
- Experience in fast-paced KPI-driven environments
- Strong hunter mindset proactive and resilient
Languages:
- French (C2)
- English (C1)
- German (B2) is a plus or strong Swiss market experience
Compensation structure
- Base salary:/month
- Uncapped commission: directly linked to performance
