Job Summary
Introduction
We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join our reputable clients team.
Requirements:
- CA(SA) and or CFA qualification
- Minimum 3 years corporate finance or private equity experience
- Exceptional financial modelling (Excel) document writing (Word) and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
- Extreme attention to detail and focus on always delivering high quality work for clients
- Highly self-driven and motivated with ability to work under pressure to meet tight client deadlines
- Ability to engage professionally with blue chip clients and equity/debt funders
- Ability to lead and train additional staff that may be brought on board in the future
- Ability to originate additional dealflow
