What Youll Be Accountable For
Delivering Projects Right The First Time
You will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout ensuring scope schedule and quality are aligned and executed with precision.
- Coordinate internal teams and field leadership
- Keep projects progressing smoothly through each phase
- Documentation is accurate
Manage Financial Performance
You will own cost control forecasting change management and reporting.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts
- Manage change orders and cost reporting
- Identify risks early and address them proactively
Holding the Standard with Subcontractors
You set clear expectations enforce commitments and follow through.
- Work meets project specifications.
- Address challenges constructively
- Maintain strong professional working relationships
Managing Risk Before It Becomes a Problem
- Decisions are based on data not assumptions.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance
- Escalate concerns early

Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Mission Critical experience preferred
- Strong understanding of scheduling cost control procurement and documentation
- Experience with Procore Microsoft Office and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and contracts
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field preferred
