The Role
You will be working in a variety of settingsincluding clinic community-based (in home early education settings and schools) and tele-health. Working within our transdisciplinary team you will beresponsible for providingspeech therapyand support services to children aged 0-18 with additional needs and their of the key responsibilities are:
- Participatingin transdisciplinary practice andconsultingwith other relevant agencies.
- Referringto other professionals or agencies as appropriate.
- Maintainingahigh degreeof professionalawarenessregardingcurrent best practice and researchin the fieldandalways ensuring theapplication of these principles.
- Gradually working up to maintaininga clinical caseload.
What Were Looking For
- A qualified Speech Therapist with SPA registration.
- At least one year of paediatric specific experience.
- Strongtime management and problem solvingskills.
- A team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement.
- A commitment to inclusive culturally responsive practice.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinaryteam.
- The desire to be challenged and progress further as atherapist.
