Location:

The Domain Architecture Manager provides strategic leadership to guide technology decisions at Key across architecture areas with a focus on infrastructure cloud data and analytics domains. The individual will lead a team of architects in day-to-day operations and will work with technology teams to help define technology strategy and assuring cross-portfolio alignment. They will assist in the review and approval of the architecture designs for the delivery of projects. They will help develop and communicate the Banks technology architecture plan and the infrastructure components required to support it.

• Assist in developing technology roadmaps and overall technology strategy.
• Understanding of banking and banking trends
• Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
• Deep knowledge across infrastructure cloud data and analytics architectures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
• Masters degree in technology or business desirable
• 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture
• At least 3 years in a leadership role desirable
• Experience in architecting enterprise applications across the application data and infrastructure domains
• Experience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
• Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must be highly reliable trustworthy honest and commitment oriented.
• Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio.
• The ability to manage and mentor a team of architects ensuring the development and growth of the team.
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110000 to $175000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
