Position Summary
You will manage customer relationships and commercial activities across an assigned territory in Singapore. You will work closely with healthcare professionals clinic and pharmacy partners and internal colleagues. You will use data and local insight to build plans that improve patient access and deliver business objectives. We value teamwork integrity curiosity and a clear focus on patient benefit. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Build and maintain trusted professional relationships with physicians pharmacists clinic managers and institutional customers across your territory.
Deliver territory plans informed by local data and customer insight to meet commercial targets.
Lead evidence-based patient-centred discussions with healthcare professionals to support clinical decision making.
Use multichannel tools including CRM and digital engagement to reach customers and track progress.
Identify barriers to patient access and work with cross-functional teams to develop practical local solutions.
Keep accurate records report results and ensure all activities follow company policies and local regulations.
Working model
This is a field-based role in Singapore with regular travel across your assigned territory.
Hybrid working applies for internal meetings and planning as needed. On-site presence will be required for customer engagement and key local activities.
Why You
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
Preferably 24 years experience in field sales account management or business development in pharmaceuticals medical devices or healthcare.
Degree in life sciences pharmacy nursing business or a related field.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients.
Demonstrated track record of achieving territory targets and managing KPIs.
Good analytical skills with experience using data to plan and prioritise activities.
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems for customer engagement and reporting.
Right to work in Singapore and ability to work on-site with regular travel across the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus
Experience working with clinics hospitals pharmacies or public healthcare institutions in Singapore.
Experience in Key Account Management or working with institutional buyers.
Familiarity with Singapores healthcare system and procurement or reimbursement processes.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within your territory and to attend local meetings or events.
