Job Summary
Our client in the Telco sector is seeking a Cloud Architect on a contract duration of 6 to 7 months.
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
- Virtualization Technologies: VMware vSphere: Proficiency in designing configuring and managing VMware virtualization environments.
- Hyper-V: Expertise in Microsoft Hyper-V for virtualization.
- Server Hardware: Dell Server Infrastructure: Knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers and management tools.
- HP Server Infrastructure: Familiarity with HP ProLiant servers and management solutions.
- Storage Technologies: Storage Area Networks (SANs): Understanding of SAN architecture and administration.
- Network-Attached Storage (NAS): Proficiency in configuring and managing NAS devices.
- ITIL v4:ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library): Knowledge of IT service management best practices including incident management change management and service design.
- Microsoft Certifications: MCSE (Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Expert): Expertise in designing implementing and managing Azure-based solutions.
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate): Skills in Azure administration and management.
- Office 365 (O365): Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft Office 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Veritas Backup Solutions: Expertise in implementing and managing backup and recovery solutions using Veritas technologies.
- General Cloud Knowledge: Knowledge of cloud computing concepts including IaaS PaaS and SaaS. Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Networking: Understanding of network principles including routing switching and firewall configuration.
- Scripting and Automation: Scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell) for automating tasks and managing cloud resources efficiently. Azure Bicep IAC
- Project Management: Project management skills for planning and executing cloud infrastructure projects.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest cloud technologies best practices and industry trends.
