Job Summary
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Senior Contracts Administrator for Asia to support the Regional Commercial/Contracts Manager in daily commercial operations. The role requires strong communication negotiation and organisational skills high attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in teams; primary responsibility is managing the full contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and ongoing administration.

What youll do as Senior Contracts Administrator:
Maintain complete and accurate contract records (originals amendments guarantees and key communications).
Keep the Contracts Database Contracts Accounts and Technical & Commercial Contract Summary Forms up to date for each new Project.
Manage the full contract lifecycle: initiation compliance performance monitoring and renewals.
Identify assess and mitigate contract risks (legal financial and operational).
Ensure Hire Desk Controller / Contracts Administrator / Credit Controllers issue invoices on time and follow up payments to due dates.
Coordinate and maintain monthly billing cash collection and paymentexposure reports.
Verify that billing and cash collections are recorded in the system promptly by the teams responsible.
Support the Commercial / Contracts Manager by preparing meeting materials business presentations and other departmental outputs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Liaise with Sales and Operations to provide timely quotations and required support for complex bids.
Prepare and update commercial models for tenders/bids including cost assessments.
Drive Operational Excellence activities and ensure adherence to Aggreko policies procedures and local legislation; maintain required minimum objectives.
Manage tax & financial documentation: collect WHT certificates and other tax related paperwork escalate nonreceipt to the Contract Manager and keep Statements of Account aligned with AR.
Coordinate internal/external billing tasks: record rechargeable local spend with operations/AOMs and provide proactive admin support to Contract Managers to keep finance commercial and customer teams aligned.
You are:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field
Experience in legal documentation review drafting or assessment highly preferable
3 5 years experience in contract administration billing AR or commercial support role
Solid exposure to invoicing collections and audit documentation
Experience within energy industrial services or infrastructure sectors is a plus
High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
Ability to work independently follow through on tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/financial systems
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across function
English written & spoken proficiency
Bahasa written & spoken advantageous
