Position Responsibilities:

• Provide support and handle aspects of reporting while understanding monthly and quarterly deliverables.

• Prepare monthly reports including analysis related to job functions.

• Meet with leaders to review submissions and highlightpossible risksand opportunities while taking initiative to escalate issuesimpactingreporting functions.

• Support Month-end production and reporting work including journal entries budgets adjustments Actuals to Budget analysisconsolidatingReporting packages.

• Gainproficiencyin investigating financial ledgers statements and journals using various software tools and Excel.

• Acquireexpertisein accounting practices including reconciling and analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts all while adhering to corporate standards.

• Lead the continuous improvementsofexisting reporting processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Currentlypursuing an undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting with a strong interest in Finance and Economics and a solid foundation in general Business principles.

• Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and Power BI along with exceptional mathematical analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible and adaptable capable of working both independently and as part of a team while exercising sound judgment.

• Exhibits meticulous attention to detail effectively prioritizing tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

• Ability toidentifyand recommend improvements to streamline existing processes.

• Supports the development and implementation of new processes.

• Responds to challenges and opportunities with a positive and productive attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Access and Visual Basic isrequiredfor some roles.

Salary range is expected to be between:

$40950.00 CAD - $56550.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term.
