You will connect with Plan Members Plan Sponsors the Medical Community and Vendor Partners in this exciting role delivering exceptional disability claims management for our clients.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Case Managers DisabilitySpecialistsand Associate Managers.

  • Make follow-up phone calls and/or send written communication to Plan Members Plan Sponsors medicalprofessionalsand vendors.

  • Reach out to Plan Members by phone to complete functional telephone interviews.

  • Keep claim files up-to-date andaccurate.

  • Support payment of invoices.

  • Update Plan Member banking information.

Required Qualifications:

  • You are currently studying in an undergraduate program like Nursing Health Sciences or Mental Health.

  • You have great organizational skills and can communicate well both in writing and speaking.

  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • You can manage working on your own and love being part of a team.

  • You are good at juggling multiple tasks at once.

  • You have some basic knowledge about claims processing and health insurance.

  • You have had some experience in customer service or administrative work.

Salary range is expected to be between

$39000.00 CAD - $44850.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term
