Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily branch operations and provide professional administrative support to internal teams and external customers. This is a full-time hybrid position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule: Hybrid - 20 hours in office / 20 hours remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Process billing invoicing and assist with collections
  • Maintain employee time payroll and project records
  • Support onboarding and compliance documentation for new employees
  • Answer calls respond to inquiries and direct communications
  • Prepare reports spreadsheets and administrative documents
  • Manage the execution and routing of contracts subcontracts and change-order documents for supervisor review
  • Coordinate travel hotel accommodations and per diem logistics for field staff in accordance with project requirements
  • Support branch operations with additional administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality professionalism and emotional intelligence

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • 2 years of administrative or clerical experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Construction industry experience and knowledge of payroll/AP/AR is highly desired
  • Experience in a construction or related service environment
  • Selected candidates for all positions must submit to and successfully pass post offer pre-employment drug/alcohol screen background check and motor vehicle records check
