We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily branch operations and provide professional administrative support to internal teams and external customers. This is a full-time hybrid position offering competitive pay and benefits.
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule: Hybrid - 20 hours in office / 20 hours remote
Key Responsibilities
- Process billing invoicing and assist with collections
- Maintain employee time payroll and project records
- Support onboarding and compliance documentation for new employees
- Answer calls respond to inquiries and direct communications
- Prepare reports spreadsheets and administrative documents
- Manage the execution and routing of contracts subcontracts and change-order documents for supervisor review
- Coordinate travel hotel accommodations and per diem logistics for field staff in accordance with project requirements
- Support branch operations with additional administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain high level of confidentiality professionalism and emotional intelligence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- 2 years of administrative or clerical experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Construction industry experience and knowledge of payroll/AP/AR is highly desired
- Experience in a construction or related service environment
- Selected candidates for all positions must submit to and successfully pass post offer pre-employment drug/alcohol screen background check and motor vehicle records check
