You must possess outstanding communication skills strong multitasking abilities and experience handling travel arrangements and this role you will provide professional confidential and proactive support to the President while ensuring smooth board operations and executive-level coordination in a fast-paced mission-focused non-profit environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Presidents calendar schedule high-level meetings and travel arrangements prepare itineraries and handle all associated invoicing and expense reporting
- Take accurate professional minutes for large board meetings and committee sessions distribute them promptly and track follow-up action items
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for a large board of directors managing communications and relationships with a variety of personalities and stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence reports presentations board packets and confidential documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
