Position Overview
Generate and close new business by proactively engaging prospectsin their assigned zip codesthrough field and phone activity targeted outreach campaigns and industry channels. This position manages opportunities through the CRM sales pipeline ensures smooth onboarding of new customersfor the first 12 months and consistently drives progress toward new business the end of the 12-monthperiodthe business will move to the Commercial Account Manager (CAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify qualifyand close newbusinessusing an established salesmethodologyin defined geography and targeted segments including .to achieve new business targets.
- Maintainhigh levelsoffieldand phoneactivity to engage potential customers.
- Initiate and manage outreach campaigns viacold callsphoneblocks emailtrade show attendance andleveragingtrade associationsand other marketingchannels to generate newbusiness.
- Ensure new customersaresmoothlyonboardedand implemented effectively withappropriate follow-ups
- Accelerate the sales process usingtheCRMpipelinestagesto manage opportunitiesand closenewbusiness.
Ability to speak read and write fluently in English is required.

Pay Ranges
$72577.00 - $120962.00This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local addition to monetary compensation we offer benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
