We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Huddersfield that is looking to appoint a talented Architect to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Architect to join a collaborative and supportive environment working across a diverse range of projects while continuing to develop technically and progress within the practice.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
Lead and contribute to design development across multiple RIBA stages
Produce and coordinate high-quality drawing packages from concept through to technical delivery
Liaise with clients consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination
Ensure all designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and relevant planning policy
Support project delivery through planning technical design and on-site stages
Contribute creatively and technically to a range of residential commercial and mixed-use schemes
Key Requirements for this Architect role:
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
Experience working across all RIBA stages
Strong design technical and communication skills with good attention to detail
