About the role
As the Office Manageryou will be taking care of the smooth operation of our office. You willbe responsible foroverseeing administrative tasks coordinating office activities and providing support to our staff.
This role requires excellent organizational skills a proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including managing office supplies equipment and facilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements for staff
- Welcome guests and take care of their comfort during their visit
- Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation and filing
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails phone calls and mail
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Communicate with vendors service providers and building management to resolve any issues
- Plan and organize company events meetings and team-building activities
- Be responsible for receiving suppliers invoices and communicating the expenses with the Finance department
- Provide support to HR department
- Administering and coordinating employee benefits and supporting employees with benefit-related questions
- Ensure strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- A flexible team player with proactive attitude
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field is considered an advantage
- Experience as an Office Manager Administrative Assistant or similar role is considered an advantage
