Division:Client Experience (CBS)

The Product Owners of Digital Communication Channels and Interfaces are a great team located in the Client Experience Division.

They provide business Product Owner services to several Tribes within GDC (the IT world).

We are currently looking for a new Product Ownerto join ourteam withinthe CustomerOnboarding andInteractionstribe (COI).

You will be part of one of the Digital Channels tribe and betheProduct Ownerof the team responsible for the implementation of Onboarding System for our clients as well as ensuring that the transition from the legacy platforms will be smooth for all Euroclear customers.

You will have a central role in defining this product evolution andtomanage relationships with a large range of stakeholders (business andIT). You will have the opportunity to work withintheAgileMethodology which is the trend triggered by the current company transformation. We will help you develop further business knowledge and further maturity/ experience in the definition ofrequirementsand soft skills (out of the box thinking work in dynamic teams transversal overview agile way of working).

Role:

The ProductOwneris the bridge between the business stakeholders and IT to understand define and prioritize business requirements in line with the defined business vision and strategy.

As PO you define the demand aspect of initiatives which entails:

  • understanding the clients needs
  • in collaboration with the Group DigitalCapabilities and Architects defining the most optimal scope and valueto deliver focusing on the true clients demand
  • creating and maintaining the productbacklog documenting and prioritizing requirements andsequence of work for the squad
  • supporting the scrum team during the development and refinement sessions
  • preparing the clients documentation and roll-out
  • planning monitoring and managing internal projects for initiation and scope
  • ensuring projectresultsdeliveriesmeet requirements regarding solution schedule cost and expected client value
  • developing effective relationships with business units divisions or group of users
  • ensuring required services are identified developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division
  • actively contributing to the Customer Digital Experience strategy execution
  • preparing communications and presentations on product enhancements

YourProfile:

  • Appetite for business and technical aspects
  • Digital WebPortal/ Web application experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building with stakeholders team members and clients.
  • Clear communication and effective negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized capable of managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Adaptable to changes in project scope timelines and resources.
  • Client-delivery focus
  • Planning/organizational skills and autonomy: able to organize and prioritize
  • Experience in Agile is an asset
