Compensation: $100000 $150000 (Base Performance Bonuses)
About the Opportunity
AutoShop Recruiting is partnering with a high-performing multi-location automotive group in the PA/NJ market seeking a proven Service Manager to take over and elevate an already busy location.
This is not a turnaround from scratchthe car count is there (8090 vehicles/week) and the surrounding stores are producing $30K$40K weekly revenue. The opportunity is to install the right leader optimize process and unlock the stores full potential. With the right leadership this location is positioned to immediately scale into a $30K$35K/week operation and beyond.

This is a plug-and-produce leadership role for someone who knows how to run a shop lead people and drive results.
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Full P&L ownership of the shop
- Leading coaching and developing technicians and advisors
- Driving car count conversion and maximizing ARO
- Maintaining workflow efficiency and eliminating bottlenecks
- Ensuring every customer leaves safer than they arrived
- Building a strong performance-driven culture
- Managing payroll inventory and shop KPIs
- Resolving customer concerns and maintaining high satisfaction
- Implementing process improvements to increase throughput and profitability
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of automotive service management experience (10 preferred)
- Experience running a high-volume shop
- Strong leadership presencesomeone who can own the business
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on safety and trust
- Ability to diagnose operational inefficiencies and fix them
- Track record of driving revenue GP% and team performance
- Entrepreneurial mindsetnot someone who needs to be micromanaged
