Job Summary
SUMMARY:
CTS is hiring an energetic and dependableProduction Support Operatorfor ourSpringfield NJlocation. Support Operators play an integral part in the thermal spray coating process from beginning to end.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform production functions that may include mask/deburr grit blast/glass bead cleanup/unmask lube paint ship/receive materials and tool crib component balance inspect non-destructive testing (NDT) chemical strip and/or part making all while being safe in the process.
- Follow technical documents drawings blueprints and/or plans to perform these functions.
- Perform other tasks as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- U.S. Person pursuant to ITAR/EAR
- Successfully pass background check and drug screening
- Dependable detail-oriented and a drive to continuously grow and learn
